HelloDoggie143.com is a web site owned and operated by Hello Doggie Inc, a manufacturing company registered in the state of Florida.
You may feel free to link to any of the pages on our site, but you may not, under any circumstances, save, edit, repost, and/or reuse any image, graphic, or video file from this website without first securing permission to do so. All content on this site, including, but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, images, and data, is the property of Hello Doggie Inc.
We are strictly a wholesale company and do not sell retail. To become a retailer of Hello Doggie Pet Products we require that you be in the Pet Industry and you have a brick and mortar store or an active website we can view. Once you have applied for an account we will get back to you with an approval.
First Time Customers
Welcome to Hello Doggie! In order to set up your account, we need you to submit a completed Wholesale Form. Allow 1-2 business days for account approval - we take this part seriously as we only allow qualified retailers to sell our products. We appreciate your time to carefully supply this information to us and we will do all we can to make your customer experience simple and quick so you can start selling Hello Doggie products as soon as possible! Once we issue you an account and login passcode, you are free to create and submit orders - lots and lots of them we hope!
Minimum Opening Order
We can't wait for your first order! For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (USA only) or Paypal. Minimum opening order is *$300.00 (Does not apply to drop shipping). After the first order, there is no minimum purchase required.
No EBAY or similar sites
We do not allow our products to be sold on E-Bay or similar sites. If we see you are selling our products on sites like this, we will close your account.
IMAP Policy (Internet Minimum Advertised Price)
Hello Doggie thanks you in advance for following our IMAP (Internet Minimum Advertised Price) Policy.
We suggest that our merchandise retails for no less than $3.00 under the MSRP
Hello Doggie reserves the right to remove any retailers who violates our policies
You may place your order several different ways:
- Submit your order via our wholesale site at hellodoggie143.com.
- Call our customer service representative 954-594-7794.
Please have an order form or the web site available when calling so that you can reference item numbers.
- Email your order to email@example.com. We can provide an order form to you via email.
Getting your order on its way is our number one goal. You can expect your order to ship within 2-5 business days unless one of your items is a made to order product then your sales representative will discuss the production time with you. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
Everything gets shipped from South Florida and we use UPS, USPS, and FedEx ground. We do a comparison to ship at the least expensive price for you.
Returns are only acceptable if the product is defective or has a manufacturing defect and claims for the damaged merchandise must be made within five business days of receiving.
Our products are currently available for Drop Shipping. The fee varies depending on weight of shipment:
Under $25.00 - $4.00 Drop Shipping Fee + Shipping
Over $25.00 - $8.00 Drop Shipping Fee + Shipping
We ask that you email us a packing slip so we can include it with the customers purchase. We will then invoice you for the wholesale price, drop shipping fee, and postage. A credit card kept on file is convenient or if you prefer, payments can be made via PayPal. You can also now order drop shipments via our website. If your customer requires expedited shipping or overnight shipping this must be added to their cost.
Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods
You must notify our office of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Be sure to retain the merchandise and its original shipping container to verify damages arising from transit. We will then either issue you a credit or send replacement product. Hello Doggie reserves the right to refuse any shipment claims submitted after the 5 day period has expired. Our sole liability is limited to replacement of defective merchandise. We assume no responsibility with respect to the use or misuse of the products we sell.
Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Hello Doggie accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.
All prices listed on our website are wholesale cost in USD. Suggested Retail is double the wholesale cost.
Our prices are usually good for the calendar year, but we reserve the right to adjust prices without notice.
